Preferred Carrier

The MBEC preferred small parcel carrier is Fedex. Service availability, time in transit, shipment tracking, and delivery guarantee policy for all Fedex services are available at the Fedex website, www.fedex.com.

The MBEC preferred carrier for shipments heavier than 75 pounds per package is Fedex Freight. However, our customer service representatives will work with you to determine the most cost effective means after considering shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions.

Estimated Shipping time

Orders for in stock items typically ship within 1 business day. Please consult our customer service team for specific lead time inquiries.

Some orders will ship directly from our vendor or the manufacturer instead of our warehouse.

All times listed are CST. Business days are Monday–Friday. For national holidays that fall on a weekday, your order will ship next business day.
